What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: the contact form, the free SEO review, the order form, the call request or the assistant's "ask the team" form. That is usually your name, email, practice name, website and your message, plus a phone number if you ask us to call you.

This site has no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a visitor is a person and processes technical data to do so.

Patient and health information

Please don't send us any. Our services never require patient or health information, and our forms ask you to leave it out. If a message contains some by mistake, we delete it.

How we use it and who processes it

To answer you, to prepare what you asked for and, if you become a client, to do the work. Form messages are sent by email through Brevo, which also keeps your contact details in a list so a request can't get lost. Email to our address is forwarded by Cloudflare. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it and your choices

We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful to answer you or to serve you as a client. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email support@chiropractorseo.company and we will do it within 30 days.
