Chiropractic marketing agency

Chiropractic marketing that starts where patients are already looking

Most new patients look for a chiropractor before they ever see an ad. We build your marketing around that search: the Google profile, a website that answers their questions, content, reviews and the referral relationships you already have.

Digital marketing for chiropractors

One plan, in the order that pays back first

  1. 1. Be findable where demand exists

People already search "chiropractor near me" and thousands of variations. Your Google profile, listings and map position decide whether they meet you. This is local SEO for chiropractors and it comes first.

  2. 2. Be choosable when they look

A website that answers insurance, cost, first visit and parking in a minute on a phone, and reviews that read like a real office. No outcome claims: describe the office and the visit.

  3. 3. Be known beyond your own site

Links from other sites, local partners and content that answers the questions your front desk hears. This is the slow, compounding part, and the bulk of every package.

  4. 4. Keep the patients and partners you have

Reactivation emails, newsletters and professional referral relationships cost little and often beat any new channel. They also carry the most privacy rules, so they need your compliance adviser.

Paid ads can sit on top of all four when the math works. They are a different service with their own rules; our page on chiropractic advertising compares the cost per new patient with search.

Not sure which of the four needs work first at your office? That is what the free review answers.

What we do, and what we leave to others

We do

  • Chiropractor SEO: keyword groups, pages, links, technical fixes. The core of our chiropractic SEO service.
  • Google Business Profile, citations and review work, in every package.
  • Content writing: articles for your blog and service pages, by monthly plan.
  • Websites for practices, from $400, quoted per project.
  • Reputation work beyond reviews, by custom quote.

We don't

  • Run Google Ads, Facebook or Instagram ads.
  • Post on your social accounts.
  • Buy or sell patient leads, or charge per new patient.
  • Touch your EHR, schedule or patient lists.

Why no pay-per-patient deals

Marketing priced per new patient can raise questions under state fee-splitting and referral rules, and under federal rules when Medicare or other federal programs pay for care. We charge a flat monthly price for listed work instead, so the question never comes up.

Marketing packages / search first

Chiropractic marketing packages, priced in the open

Search is the base of the plan, so the packages are SEO packages: profile, listings and review work in all four, then more keywords and links as you move up.

Content plans

Content plans for a practice blog

Articles written to the same rules as our own: plain answers to what patients ask, no health claims, reviewed by your doctor before publishing. Monthly plans only; pick a count and a length.

Choosing a chiropractic marketing company

Whoever you hire, five questions sort the good from the risky quickly:

  1. What exactly happens each month? A list of deliverables, not "ongoing optimization".
  2. Who owns the website, domain and Google profile? You should, in your name, whatever happens to the contract.
  3. Can I see every link you build? Ours come with the live URL, the page they point to and the anchor text.
  4. Do you guarantee new patients? A yes is a red flag; nobody controls who searches or who Google shows.
  5. Do you need any patient information? For marketing that isn't email to your patient list, the answer should be no.

We are a small team that has done SEO since 2009. The closest result we can show is a Texas injury law firm: a licensed local practice, top 3 in its map pack and 500% more qualified inquiries in five months.

Chiropractic marketing questions

What is the best way to market a chiropractic practice?

There is no single best channel, but there is an order that works for most offices: make sure people who already search for a chiropractor can find and choose you (profile, website, reviews), keep in touch with patients and referral partners, then add paid ads if the numbers make sense. Search usually comes first because the demand already exists.

Do you run Facebook ads or Google Ads for chiropractors?

No. We do search work: SEO, the Google profile, listings, reviews, content and websites. If ads fit your plan, run them with someone who specializes in them; our chiropractic advertising page explains what to ask and how to compare the cost per new patient with search.

Do you post on our social media?

No. Organic social keeps current patients in touch, but it rarely brings new patients from search, and posting every day is not where your budget does the most. We would rather spend it on the profile and pages people find when they are ready to book.

How do you keep marketing inside HIPAA and board rules?

We never need patient information, we don't write treatment or outcome claims, and review replies we draft confirm nothing about anyone's care. Email programs to past patients and testimonials need your compliance adviser's sign-off; we tell you where those lines are and stay on our side of them.

What does a chiropractic marketing company cost?

Agencies price very differently. Ours: SEO packages from $125 to $575 a month, content plans from $26 a month and websites from $400, all on the page. Ask any agency for the list of monthly deliverables before you compare prices.

Will you work with the practice down the street too?

We may. We don't sell exclusivity. One client's data, reports, keywords and plans are never shared with another, and that is a promise we keep in writing.
