What is one new patient worth to your practice?
Use your own averages from the practice management system. The defaults are placeholders, not industry figures.
One new patient is worth about
$792
$660 from their own plan, plus 20% of that again for the referrals.
Against the Golden package
One new patient a month covers 337% of the Golden fee.
- Silver ($125)0.16 new patients a month
- Golden ($235)0.30 new patients a month
- Platinum ($325)0.41 new patients a month
- Titanium ($575)0.73 new patients a month
A model with your numbers, not a forecast. It ignores your costs per visit and assumes each referral is worth one more patient like the first. Level bubble in the middle means one new patient a month pays the fee exactly.
How to read the result
The value is what the practice collects from one new patient's plan, plus a share for the people they refer. It isn't profit: your costs per visit come out of it. Comparing it with a package price shows how few new patients a month the work has to bring before it pays for itself.
Search is slow at first. Judge it over months, by booked visits you can trace back to it. The packages and prices page lists what each level includes.
